I just finished my first sweater and it turned out PERFECT! i was worried about the bust area because there is no place to input your bust measurement but if you have had experience in making sweaters you can easily adjust the back stitches to maintain the measurement you need. I wish I would have found this app before I knitted two sweaters for my friends. Their sweaters would have came out so much better! I hope with future updates that more neck patterns will be added (like turtle, mock, etc). Also, more edge patterns ( like seed, etc.). Overall, this is an awesome app. I highly recommend it!
From the description, this was just what I was looking for. I love top down raglan cardigans! Unfortunately I think I am missing something. It does a great job on generating the pattern, but does not tell you how much yarn will be need to complete the project - nor does it ask the questions to get to that information. The description also implies that you can customize the pattern. Other than the length of the edging, sleeves, torso and the like, Im not sure how you would do that. I would love to insert a specific stitch into the pattern and have it incorporated into the pattern as well.
Love it!!!! I just finished my first sweater and it came out great!! I made a boat neck, it was not that hard. Thanks to this app. Ill try v-neck next time.
Im enjoying this app very much but I would love to see some more options. Bust shaping, cardigan options, yardage estimations, and different stitch options would be really nice and would make this my go-to tool for designing my own sweater patterns. I do really appreciate the crew neck option that is currently offered. Ive been on the lookout for a crew neck raglan pattern for a while now and this seems to fit the bill! Thanks!
